One of my favorite quotes is ‘fear never bites as hard as regret’, and I try to live my life with this as a guide. I value relationships over everything else. I’ve been married to my wife, Susan, for 30 years and I’m proud to wear the title of ‘Girl Dad’! I’m a builder and connector and have never had as much fun at work as I’ve had with SteppingStone. Favorite value? Gratitude. Favorite activity? Golf – there are few things more satisfying than ripping a 300+ yard drive down the middle. Top of the bucket list? Play Augusta National. Best advice? I have been doing this for over 25+ years in the Human Resources industry. I am fearless and I love learning about who you are and what makes you tick. I've sat in our employer audience’s seat and understand the challenges of hiring top talent all too well. My passion for business AND people is my greatest strength. Being part of a startup, I love having my mind in different aspects of the business and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce “Stella” to the world! Outside of work I love to travel, experience new things & hang out with my family on the lake doing water sports or ice fishing.
